An Act to amend the 'Rajiv. Gandhi PCotidyogikt Vishwavidyalaya Adhiniyarn, 1998. Be it enacted by the . Madhya Pradesh Legislature in the Fifty-fourth Year of the Ropublic Of India .as follows:—.
I. This Act may be called the Rajiv. Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya short title. (Sunshodhan) Adhiniyarn, 2003:
2. In Section 6 .of the Raji.V. -Gandhi Proudyogiki Visliwavidyalaya Adliiniyam, 1998. Amendment Of (NO. 13 of 1998) (hereinafter referred to as the OrincMal . Act), to sub-Section (I) the Section 6. . . . following proviso : shall .be added; namely:—
"Provided also that: the State Governrnentmiy, in accordance with the rules fretted • in this 'zbehalf, permit the Vishwavidyalaya, to OollabOrate. with any Institution outside the State of Madhya Pradesh or: abroad for tarrying but partly or wholly arty of its teaching or research actiAties.":

6. To clause (iii) of sub-section (2) of Seetion 51 of the Principal Act, the following proviso shall be added, narribly:—
"Provided that atleast one of the three experts shall be .nominated from category of Scheduled Castel, Scheduled Tribes or Other Backward Classes.. In case of • non-availability of an expert froth these categories, one. Administrative Officer not below the rank of Commiisioner, who belongs to reserved categories, shall be naminated.".. •
