In the Andhra Pradesh Civil Courts Act, 1972
(hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), in
section 16,-

in sub-section (1), for the words “which
exceeds rupees ten lakhs” the words “which
exceeds rupees fifteen lakhs” shall be
substituted,
in sub-section (2), for the words “which
exceeds rupees one takh but does not
exceed rupees ten takhs” the words “which
exceeds rupees three lakhs but does not
exceed rupees fifteen takhs” shall be
substituted:;
in sub-section (3), for the words “which does
not exceed rupees one lakh”, the words
“which does not exceed rupees three fakhs”
shall be substituted.
in the principal Act, in section 17, in sub-
section (1), in clause (i), in sub-clause (a), for
the words “not more than rupees five lakhs,” the
words “not more than rupees ten lakhs”, shall be
substituted.

The following Act of the Andhra Pradesh
Legislature received the assent of the Governor on the
13" April, 2015 and the said assent is hereby first
pubiished on the 15" April, 2015 in the Andhra Pradesh
Gazette for gerneral information:-
ACT No. 8 OF 2015.
AN ACT FURTHER TO AMEND THE ANDHRA
PRADESH CIVIL COURTS ACT, 1972.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of
Andhra Pradesh in the Sixty-sixth Year of the Repubilic of
India as follows :-
1. (1) This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh Shatt title,
Civil Courts (Amendment) Act, 2015. extent and
commencement.
(2) It extends to the whole of the State of Andhra
Pradesh.
