(——M@g THE ASSAM GAZETTE, EXTRAORDINARY, DECEMBER 23, 2015 ACT to authorise payment and appropriation of certain further sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Assam for the services of the financial year, 2015-2016. Be it enacted by the Assam Legislative Assembly in the Sixty-sixth Year of the Republic of india as follows:- Short title 1. This Act may be called the Assam Appropriation (No.IV) Act, 2015. Withdrawal of _ 2. From and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Assam there OR:t'sgf"th“'e”C'osfl-7s°°°h_° daffte"d"’ and may be paid and applied sums not exceeding those specified in column (3) Fund of the State of Assam of the Schedule amounting in the aggregate to the sum of Five thousand for the financial year, 2015- one hundred four crore eighty nine lakh eighty seven thousand 2016 rupees towards defraying the several charges which will come in course of payment during the financial year 2015-2016 in respect of the services specified in column (2) of the Schedule. Agpropdaton 3. The sums authorised to be withdrawn from and out of the Consolidated मे Fund of the State of Assam by this Act shall be appropriated for the services and purposes expressed in the Schedule in relation to the said year ending on the Thirty-first day of March, 2016.
