The State Government may appropriate from fi;;”my and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of the Consolidated Andhra Pradesh, forthe Financial year commencing Fung&f;:fig‘ate on the 1st April, 2014, a sum not exceeding One pragesh for the 1aKh twelve thousand one hundred and twenty two financial year crores, forty five lakhs and forty thousand rupees, commera9 ° which shall be inclusive of the sum of ninety two tstApril, 2014. thousand and seventy crores, ninety six lakhs and fifty nine thousand rupees, specified in section 2 of ActNo.1of2014 the Andhra Pradesh Appropriation (Vote-on Account) Act, 2014, being moneys required to meet :- (a) the grants made by the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly for the year, as set-forth, in column (3) of the Schedule; and (b) the expenditure charged on the Consolidated Fund of the State of Andhra Pradesh, for the year, as set-forth in column (4) of the Schedule. Appropriation. 3. The sums authorized to be appropriated from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Andhra Pradesh by this Act, shall be appropriated for the services and purposes expressed in the Schedule in relation to the said year.
