GUJARAT ACT NO. 2 OF 2014.

(First published, after having received the assent of the Governor, in the "Gujarat Government Gazette", on the 18thMarch, 2014).

AN ACT

to repeal certain obsolete Acts. WHEREAS it is expedient to repeal certain obsolete Acts. It is hereby enacted in the Sixty-fifth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-

1. This Act may be called the Gujarat Repealing Act, 2014. Short title.

2. The Acts specified in the Schedule are hereby repealed. Repeal of certain Acts.
