THER MONEYS FROM AND OUT OF THE CONSOLIDATED FUND
OF THE STATE OF ANDHRA PRADESH FOR THE SERVICES OF THE
FINANCIAL YEAR COMMENCED ON THE 1¥ APRIL, 2017.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Andhra Pradesh in the
Sixty-ninth year of the Republic of India as follows:-

Authorization of
supplementary
appropriation of
moneys from and
out of the
Consolidated
Fund of the State
of Andhra
Pradesh for the
financial year
which conmence:
on the 1" April,
2017,
Appropriation.
1. This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh
Appropriation (No.2) Act, 2018. |
2. The State Government may appropriate from and out of
the Consolidated Fund of the State of Andhra Pradesh, for the
financial year which commenced on tbe I April, 2017, a
further sum not exceeding twenty four thousand nine hundred
and thirty five crores, seveniy eight lakhs and eighty thousand
rupees, being moneys required to meet, _
(a) the supplementary grants made by the Andhra Pradesh
Legislative Assembly for that year, as set-forth in column (3)
_of the Schedule; and
(b) the supplementary expenditure charged on the
Consolidated Fund of the State of Andhra Pradesh for that
year, as setforth in column (4) of the Schedule.
3. The sums authorized to be appropriated from and out
of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Andhra Pradesh by
this Act, shall be appropriated for the services and purposes
expressed in the Schedule in relation to the said year.
