The following Act of the Andhra Pradesh Legislature received the assent of the
Governor on the 31% March, 2017 and the said assent is hereby first published on the
31* March, 2017 in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette for general information :-
ACT NO.1OF 2017.
AN ACT TO AUTHORISE PAYMENTS AND APPROPRIATICN OF
MONEYS FROM AND OUT OF THE CONSOLIDATED FUND OF THE
STATE OF ANDHRA PRADESH FOR THE SERVICES OF THE
FINANCIAL YEAR COMMENCING ON THE 157 APRIL, 2017.
Be, it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Andhra Pradesh in the
Sixty-eighth year of the Republic of India, as follows:-

Short Title, 1. This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh
' Appropriation Act, 2017.
Appropriation of 2. The State Government may appropriate from and out of
Rs.165 रे the Consolidated Fund of the State of Andhra Pradesh, for the

the State of dndhra exceeding one lakh sixty five thousand seven hundred and
Pradesh for the sixty nine crores, sixty eight lakhs and thirty six thousand

commencingonthe ~ TUpEES, being moneys required to meet:-
1% April, 2017,
(a) the grants made by the Andhra Pradesh Legislative
Assembly for the year, as set-forth, in column (3) of the
Schedule; and
(b) the expenditure charged on the Consolidated Fund
of the State of Andhra Pradesh for the year, as set-forth in
column (4) of the Schedule.
Appropriation. 3. The sums authorized to be appropriated from and out of
the Consolidated Fund of the State of Andhra Pradesh by this
Act, shall be appropriated for the services and purposes
expressed in the Schedule in relation to the said year.
