Preamble, Whereas it is expedient further to असम देन amend the Assam Backward Classes Com- 1993, mission Act, 1993, herein after referred to as the principal Act, in the manner hereinafter appearing ; It is hereby enacted in the Forty-sixth Year of the Republic of India as follows:— Shart title 7 (1) This Act may be called the Assam Back- and Comm- . encement. ward Classes Commission (Amendment) Act, 1995. (2) It shall come into force at once. S oo 2.
