Short title.
Authorisation of
supplementary
appropriation of
moneys from
and out of the
Consolidated
Fund of the
- State of Andhra
Pradesh for the
Sfinancial year
which
commenced on
सिर April,
2015.
Appropriation.
1. This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh
Appropriation (No.2) Act, 2016.
2. The State Government may appropriate from and out of
the Consolidated Fund of the State of Andhra Pradesh, for
the financial year which commenced on the 1* April, 2015,
a further sum not exceeding twenty one thousand one
hundred and forty three crores, five lakhs, thirty two
thousand rupees, being moneys required to meet.
(a) the supplementary grants made by the Andhra Pradesh
Legislative Assembly for that year, as set-forth in column
(3) of the Schedule; and
(b) the supplementary expenditure charged on the
Consolidated Fund of the State of Andhra Pradesh for that
year, as set forth in column (4) of the Schedule.
3. The sums authorized to be appropriated from and
out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Andhra Pradesh
by this Act, shall be appropriated for the services and
purposes expressed in the Schedule in relation to the said
year.

AN ACT TO AUTHORISE THE APPROPRIATION OF
CERTAIN FURTHER MONEYS FROM AND OUT OF
‘ THE CONSOLIDATED FUND OF THE STATE OF
ANDHRA PRADESH FOR THE SERVICES OF THE
FINANCIAL YEAR WHICH COMMENCED ON THE 1
APRIL, 2015.
Be it enacted by the L"'egisl.ature of the State of
Andhra Pradesh in the Sixty-seventh year of the Republic of
