Short title.
Authorisation of
supplementary
appropriation of

and out of the
Consolidated
Fund of the
"State of Andhra

2013
* Appropriation.
1. पड Act may be called the Andkra Pradesh
Appropriation (No.2) Act, 2014.
2. The State Government may appropriate from and out of
the Consolidated Fund of the State of Andhra Pradesh, for
फिट financial year which commenced on the 1st April, 2013,
a further sum not exceeding eleven thousand four hundred
and thirty six crores, fifty lakhs and eighty seven thousand
rupees, being moneys required to meet, _
(Aa-) the supplementary grants made by the Andhra Pradesh
Legisiative Assembly for-that year, as set-forth in column
" (3) of thé Schedule; and '
() the supplementary e'xpen"id'lture: charged on the
Consolidated Fund of the State of Andhra Pradesh for that
. year, as set forth in columni(4) of the Schedule
3. Thesums authorized to be appropriated from and
out of the Consolidated Fund of the Stat¢ by this Act, shall
be appropriated for the services and purposes expressed in
the Schedule in relation to the said year.
