XLI OF 2005 (Received the assent of the Governor on 7th September, 2005) THE ASSAM TEA PLANTATIONS PROVIDENT FUND AND PENSION FUND AND DEPOSIT LINKED INSURANCE FUND SCHEME (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2005 AN ACT further to amend the Assam Tea Plantations Provident Fund and Pension Fund and Deposit Linked Insurance Fund Scheme Act, 1955. Preamble Whereas it is expedient further to amend the ~ Assam Assam Tea Plantations Provident Fund and Pension ~ Act. X Fund and Deposit Linked Insurance Fund Scheme Act, of 1955.. 1955, hereinafter referred to as the principal Act, in the manner hereinafter appearing ; It is hereby enacted in the Fifty-sixth Year of the Republic of India as follows :- Short title, 1. (1) This Act may be called the Assam Tea extentand Plantations Provident Fund and Pension Fund chunence. and Deposit Linked Insurance Fund Scheme et (Amendment) Act, 2005. (2) It shall have the like extent as the principal Act. (3) It shall come into force at once. Amendmentof 2. In the principal Act, in the schedule, in para 9B Schedule. (iii), for the word "fifteen", occurring in between the words "more than rupees" and "thousand", the word "twenty" shall be substituted. M.
