Punjab Scheduled Roads and Controlled Areas Restriction of Unregulated Development (Haryana Second Amendment) Act, 2004*

An Act further to amend the Punjab Scheduled Roads and Controlled Areas Restriction of Unregulated Development Act, 1963, in its application to the State of Haryana.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Haryana in the Fifty-fifth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-

Section 1. Short title

1. Short title.- This Act may be called the Punjab Scheduled Roads and Controlled Areas Restriction of Unregulated Development (Haryana Second Amendment) Act, 2004.

Section 2. Amendment of section 8 of Punjab Act 41 of 1963

2. Amendment of section 8 of Punjab Act 41 of 1963.- In sub-section (4) of section 8 of the Punjab Scheduled Roads and Controlled Areas Restriction of Unregulated Development Act, 1963,-

(i) for sign "." existing at the end, the sign ";" shall be substituted;

(ii) the following proviso shall be added, namely:-

"Provided that such time limit of three months shall not be applicable to the cases where directions have been issued by the Government under section 11 of the Act and require approval of the Government accordingly,".
