An Act further to Amend the Orissa Cess Act, 1962.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Orissa in the Forty-third Year of the Republic of India as follows:-

Section 1. Short title

1. Short title.- This Act may be called the Orissa Cess (Amendment) Act, 1992.

Section 2. Amendment of section 12

2. Amendment of section 12.- In the Orissa Cess Act, 1962 (Orissa Act 11 of 1962) in Section 12, for the words "six percentum", the words "twelve percentum" shall be substituted.
