Nagaland Leader of Opposition Salary and Allowances (Amendment) Act, 19991

An Act further to amend the salary and allowances of the Nagaland Leader of opposition salaries and allowances act of 1992.
Whereas it is expected to amend the Nagaland Leader of opposition salaries and allowances act, 1992 (Act No. 5 of 1992) in the manner here under appearing:
It is hereby enacted in the Fiftieth year of the Republic of India as follows:
Section 1. Short title and commencement
1. Short title and commencement.-
(i) This act may be called the Nagaland Leader of Opposition Salary and Allowances (Amendment) Act, 1999.
(ii) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may by notification in official gazette appoint.
Section 2. Amendment of Section 3
2. Amendment of Section 3.- Section 3(i) of the Leader of Opposition salaries and allowances act 1992 (Act No. 5 of 1992), shall be substituted by the following as hereunder:
There shall be paid to the Leader of Opposition a salary of rupees Nine thousand per mensem.
Section 3. Amendment of Section No. 7
3. Amendment of Section No. 7.- Section No. 5 of the Nagaland Leader of opposition salaries and allowances act 1992 (Act of No. 5 of 1992) shall be deleted.
Section 4. Amendment of Section No. 7
4. Amendment of Section No. 7.- Section 7(d) of the Nagaland Leader of Opposition salaries and allowances act 1992 (Act No. 7 of 1992), may be substituted as following hereunder:
(d) Telephone with S.T.D. at residence as may be prescribed - 1 Telephone.
(2) After section 7(d) the following shall be inserted as 7(e)
