Pieamblt.—WHEREAS it IS necessary to provrde fat the prevention of

dtstttrbanees ofpublic meetmgs, .

Br: 1t enacted in the Twelfth Year of the Republic of India as

follows'j .

the Kcrala Preventton of Dtsturbances of Publtc Meetings Act, l961.

(2) It extends to whole ofthe State ochrala.

(3) It shall come into force at once,

pubhc meeting acts in a disorderly manner for the put pose of prevent»

one hundred rupees or with both.

for the furtherence or dtscussmn ofany matter of publtr. concern [0
