Indian Partnership (Andhra Pradesh Amendment) Act, 1994*

An Act Further to Amend the Indian Partnership Act, 1932 in its Application to the State of Andhra Pradesh.
Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the State of Andhra Pradesh on the Forty-fifth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
Section 1. Short title and commencement
1. Short title and commencement.- (1) This Act may be called the Indian Partnership (Andhra Pradesh Amendment) Act, 1994.
(2) It extends to the whole of the State of Andhra Pradesh.
(3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette, appoint.
Section 2. Amendment of section 71
2. Amendment of section 71.- In the Indian Partnership Act, 1932 (Central Act 9 of 1932) as in force in the State of Andhra Pradesh (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act) in section 71, in Sub-section (1), after the proviso, the following proviso shall be added, namely:-
"Provided, further that the fees payable under this Act, shall be collected in the form of Court fee stamps which shall be affixed to the documents sent to the Register at of Firms.".
Section 3. Substitution of new schedule for Schedule 1
3. Substitution of new schedule for Schedule 1.- For Schedule I to the principal Act, the following schedule shall be substituted, namely:-
