Haryana Local Area Development Tax (Amendment) Act, 2002*

An Act further to amend the Haryana Local Area Development Tax Act, 2000

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Haryana in the Fifty-third Year of the Republic of India as follows:-

Section 1. Short title and commencement

1. Short title and commencement.- (1) This Act may be called the Haryana Local Area Development tax (Amendment) Act, 2002.

(2) It shall come into force with effect from 1st November, 2002

Section 2. Amendment of section ??? Haryana Act 13 of 2000

2. Amendment of section ??? Haryana Act 13 of 2000.- In sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Haryana Local Area Development Tax Act, 2002 for the words "not exceeding from percent" the words "not exceeding from percent" shall be substituted
