Gujarat Ayurved University (Amendment) Act, 1982*

An Act further to amend the Gujarat Ayurved University Act, 1965.
It is hereby enacted in the Thirty-third Year of the Republic of India, as follows:-
Section 1. Short title
1. Short title.- This Act may be called the Gujarat Ayurved University (Amendment) Act, 1982.
Section 2. Amendment of section 15 of Guj. 40 of 1965
2. Amendment of section 15 of Guj. 40 of 1965.- In the Gujarat Ayurved University Act, 1965 (Guj. 40 of 1965) (hereinafter referred to as "the principal Act"), in section 15, in sub-section (1), under the heading "Class-I-Ex-Officio Members", in paragraph (B), for clause (iii), the following clause shall be substituted, namely:-
"(iii) The Director, Indian System of Medicine and Homoeopathy, Gujarat State;".
Section 3. Amendment of section 19 of Guj. 40 of 1965
3. Amendment of section 19 of Guj. 40 of 1965.- In the principal Act, in section 19, in sub-section (1), for clause (ii), the following clause shall be substituted, namely:-
"(ii) the Director, Indian System of Medicine and Homoeopathy, Gujarat State.".
