ACT
to determine the amount of the Contingency Fund of the
Union Territory of Arunachal Pradesh.
Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of Arunachal
Pradesh in the Twenty-eight Year of the Republic of India
as follows :-
Short titie. 1. This Act may be called the Contingency Fund of the
Union Territory of Arunachal Pradesh (Determination
of Amount) Act, 1977.
Determination 2. There shall be paid into the contingency Fund of the
of arnount. Union Territory of Arunachal Pradesh a sum of Rupees
ten lakhs from and out of the Consolidated Fund of
Arunachal Pradesh
