An Act to abolish the Calcutta and Suburban Police Superannuation Fund.

Whereas it is expedient to abolish inn Calcutta and Suburban Police Superannuation Fund;

It is hereby enacted as follows:

Section 1. Short title

This Act may be called the Calcutta and Suburban Police (Superannuation Fund) Act, 1905.

Section 3. Transfer and application or Calcutta and Suburban Police Superannuation Fund

All sums standing to the credit of the Calcutta and Suburban Police Superannuation Fund shall vest in 3[the State Government], to be applied, under rules made by the 4[State Government] in this behalf, towards the grant of pensions or gratuities to members of the Police force of the town or suburbs of Calcutta.
