An Act to amend Act XXI of 18362

Whereas it is expedient to amend Act XXI of 18362.

It is enacted as follows:

Lieutenant-Governor may alter limits or existing Zilas. It shall be lawful for the Lieutenant-Governor3[* * *] from time to time to alter the limits of existing zilas in any part of the 4[States] 5[to which this Act extends].

1 Short Title. This short title was given by the Amending Act, 1903 (1 of 1903). Local Extent. This Act applies to the whole of the former Province of Bengal See the enacting clause.
