An Act further to amend the Andhra Pradesh Sugarcane (Regulation of supply and purchase) Act, 1961
Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the State of Andhra Pradesh in the forty-first year of the Republic of India as follows:-
Section 1. Short title
1. Short title.- This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh Sugarcane (Regulation of Supply and Purchase) Amendment Act, 1990.
Section 2. Amendment of Section 21
2. Amendment of Section 21.- In the Andhra Pradesh Sugarcane (Regulation of Supply and Purchase) Act, 1961, (Act, XLV of 1961) in sub-section (1) of section 21, for the words "sixteen, rupees", the words "thirty rupees" shall be substituted.
