An Act further to amend the Andhra Pradesh Co-operative Societies (Amendment) Act, 1985.

Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the State of Andhra Pradesh in the Forty-first year of the Republic of India, as follows:-

Section 1. Short title and commencement

1. Short title and commencement.- (1) This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh Co-operative Societies (Amendment) Amending Act, 1991.

(2) It shall come into force atonce.

Section 2. Omission of section 36

2. Omission of section 36.- In the Andhra Pradesh Co-operative Societies (Amendment) Act, 1985 (Act 21 of 1985), section 36 shall be omitted.
