An Act further to amend the Andhra Pradesh (Telangana Area) Small Causes Courts Act, 1330F

Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the State of Andhra Pradesh in the Fortieth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-

Section 1. Short title

1. Short title.- This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh (Telangana Area) Small Causes Courts (Amendment) Act, 1989.

Section 2. Amendment of Section 4

2. Amendment of Section 4.- In the Andhra Pradesh (Telangana Area) shall Causes Courts Act, 1330F (Act VI of 1330 F) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act) in section 4, in sub-section (4) for the words "rupees one thousand", the words "rupees four thousand" shall be substituted.

Section 3. Amendment of Section 6

3. Amendment of Section 6.- In section 6 of the principal Act, in sub-section (1), in the second paragraph, for the words "rupees two thousand and five hundred", the words "rupees ten thousand", shall be substituted.
