An Act to extend the operation of the Wheat (Import Duty) Act, 1931.
Whereas it is expedient to extend the operation of the Wheat (Import Duty) Act, 1931 (XV of 1931); It is hereby enacted as follows:-
Section 1. Short title

Section 2. Amendment of section 1, Act XV of 1931

2. Amendment of section 1, Act XV of 1931.- In sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Wheat (Import Duty) Act, 1931 (XV of 1931), for the figures "1932" the figures "1933" shall be substituted.
