An Act to repeal the Gold (Control) Act, 1968

Be it enacted by Parliament in the Forty-first Year of the Republic of India as follows:-

1 Repealed by Act 30 of 2001, Section 2 and Schedule I.

Ed. The repeal by this Act of any enactment shall not affect any other enactment in which the repealed enactment has been applied, incorporated or referred to.

Section 1. Short title
