(a) In determining whether to place an inmate on suicide watch or to release an inmate from suicide watch, the factors to be considered include, but are not limited to:

1. Mood or attitude;

2. Behavior;

3. Participation in activities;

4. Personal hygiene;

5. Sleeping patterns;

6. Eating habits;

7. Previous suicide attempts, if known; and/or

8. Other information deemed relevant.
