Wis. Admin. Code DOC § 303.11 : Department of Corrections — Discipline — Offenses Against Bodily Security — Assault

An inmate who does any of the following is guilty of assault:

(1) Causes bodily harm to another.

(2) Engages in a physical altercation with another person.
