The digital copies of the records, appendices and briefs required to be filed with the court pursuant to section 1250.9(a), (c) and (d) of this Title shall comply with the technical requirements and guidelines for electronically filed documents (22 NYCRR Part 1245, Appendix A), and shall be filed by uploading through a digital portal. Motions to extend the time to perfect an appeal or to file and serve a brief shall be granted only in limited circumstances and upon a showing of good cause.
