N.H. Code Admin. R. Env-A 1102.01 : Department of Environmental Services —A - Air Related Programs —A 1100 - PREVENTION, ABATEMENT, AND CONTROL OF MOBILE SOURCE AIR POLLUTION —A 1102 - MOTOR VEHICLE MAINTENANCE AND OPERATING REQUIREMENTS —A 1102.01 - Maintenance Requirements for Motor Vehicles

(a) Noperson shall alter or remove any emission control equipment or system, including the basic fuel system, in any way thatmightlimit or reduce the ability of that equipment or system to control emissions.
(b) All emission control equipment that is originally supplied on a motor vehicleshall be maintained in place and in functional operating condition.
(c) Emission control equipment shall be replaced onlywith equipment that meets or exceeds the specifications of the original equipment.
