The complainants had filed the present complaint U/Sec.35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019 praying this Commission to direct the Opposite Parties (i) to pay a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- along with interest @ 24% p.a. from the date of last payment i.e. 28.06.2018 to till the date of realization of the amount (ii) to pay an amount of Rs.10,00,000/- towards compensatory damages along with interest @ 24% p.a. from the date of complaint till the date of actual payment.
