Heard Sri C.Subodh, Ld. Counsel for the Writ Petitioner, Sri Y.B.Ramesh, Ld. Assistant Government Pleader for Services-IV appearing for the Respondent No.1, Sri M.S.R.Chandra Murthy, Ld. Standing Counsel for MGNREGS appearing for the Respondent Nos.2 and 3 and Smt. B.V.Aparna Lakshmi, Ld. Standing Counsel appearing for the Respondent No.4.
2. Sri C.Subodh, Ld. Counsel for the Writ Petitioner has submitted that the Writ Petitioner was appointed as Field Assistant of Ulavapalla Village, Dagadarthi Mandal, SPSR Nellore District on 01.09.2020 on consolidated pay of Rs.10,750/- per month. He would submit that from the date of appointment, the Writ Petitioner has been performing his duties to the utmost satisfaction of the superiors. However, the Writ Petitioner, by Proceedings dated 07.11.2023 (Ex.P.2) was removed from service on account of irregular attendance.

3. Ld. Counsel for the Writ Petitioner would submit that the Writ Petitioner has filed an Appeal on 27.11.2023 (Ex.P.1). He would make a request to the Court that this Writ Petition may be disposed of with a direction to the Respondent No.2 to dispose of the Appeal filed by the Writ Petitioner on 27.11.2023 as expeditiously as possible.
4. Under these circumstances, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition with a direction to the Respondent No.2 to consider and dispose of the Appeal filed by the Writ Petitioner dated 27.11.2023 (Ex.P.1) challenging the Order passed by the Respondent No.3 dated 07.11.2023 (Ex.P.2) by passing a speaking Order within four weeks from today and convey the decision to the Writ Petitioner forthwith.
5. The Writ Petitioner is directed to submit a copy of this Order along with the photocopy of the Appeal to the Respondent No.2 within one week from today.
6. With these directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No Order as to costs.

7. Interlocutory Applications, if any, stand closed in terms of this Order.
