The instant application has been filed praying for the following relief:
"8.1. That the Hon'ble Tribunal be pleased to direct the respondents for payment of license fee at the rate of 10% of their monthly pay as compensation in lieu of rent fee accommodation for the entire period of service rendered by the individual applicant during their posting at Kohima, Nagaland in the light of the judgment and order dated 10.12.2020 passed in O.A No. 19/2020 in the case of Raj Kumar & Others -vs- Union of India & Ors with arrear monetary benefit.
8.2. That the Hon'ble Tribunal be pleased to declare that the present applicants are legally entitled to payment of Licence Fee at the rate of 10% as compensation in lieu of rent free accommodation

w.e.f. the date of actual posting of the individual applicant at Kohima, Nagaland while serving at Subsidiary Intelligence Bureau.
8.3. Costs of the application.
8.4. Any other relief(s) to which the applicant is entitled as the Hon'ble Tribunal may deem fit and proper."
2. Heard learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials on record.
3. Sri. M. Chanda, learned counsel for the applicants submits that this is a covered matter and submits that the applicants are seeking benefits in terms of the order dated 10.12.2020 passed by this Tribunal in O.A No. 046/00019/2020 in the case of Raj Kumar & Ors vs UOI & Ors. (Annexure A-4). He submits that the applicants are entitled for payment of licence fee in lieu of rent free accommodation.
4. However, during the course hearing, learned counsel for the applicants submits that it would suffice the purpose of the applicants if this O.A be treated as part of their

representations and the respondents be directed to dispose of the same in the light of the judgment mentioned above by extending the benefits of such judgement within a stipulated period of time.
5. Sri V. K. Bhatra, Learned Sr. CGSC for the respondents has no objection for consideration of their representations, if they are similarly situated.
6. In view of the above, the Respondent No. 3, the Director, Intelligence Bureau, Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India and the Respondent No. 4, The Joint Director, Subsidiary Intelligence Bureau, Kohima or any other competent authority is directed to consider the representations of the applicants, treating this O.A as a part of it, in the light of the order dated 10.12.2020 passed in O.A No. 046/00019/2020. If the applicants are found to be similarly situated with that of the applicants in the said O.A 046/00019/2020, they may be extended the benefits of the said judgement and communicate his decision by way of a

reasoned and speaking order within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order as well as copy of the O.A.
7. Applicants are directed to serve extra copy of the OA alongwith copy of this order to the concerned respondents within 2 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
8. Accordingly, O.A is disposed of at the admission stage itself with no order as to costs.
