    Hon'ble Pankaj Bhatia,J.

The submission of the Counsel for the applicant is that subsequent to the rejection of the bail application, the co-accused Santosh has been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 14.02.2023 passed in Criminal Misc. Considering the allegations levelled in the FIR being similar to the co-accused who has been enlarged on bail and the fact that the applicant is in custody since 11.07.2022 and the trial has not even started coupled with the fact that the applicant does not have any criminal antecedents and without expressing any opinion on merit, I am of the view that the applicant is entitled to be released on bail.
