Amit Gautam v. State Of U.P. And Another

    Court No. - 41

    Case :- CRIMINAL REVISION No. - 369 of 2015

Revisionist :- Amit Gautam Opposite Party :- State Of U.P. And Another Counsel for Revisionist :- Ajay Dubey,Kamini Pandey Counsel for Opposite Party :- Govt.Advocate

    Hon'ble Ramesh Sinha,J.

Heard Sri Ajay Dubey, learned counsel for the revisionist and Sri

L.D.Rajbhar, learned A.G.A. for the State.

The present crl. revision has been preferred against the judgment and order

dated 14.11.2014 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Court No.7, Agra in

S.T.No.193 of 2014, Case Crime No.65 of 2013, State Vs. Amit Gautam,

under Sections 498A,376,506 I.P.C., P.S. Mahnila Thana Rakabganj, District

Agra rejecting the discharge application of the revisionist and fixed the case

    for framing of charge.

After having heard the learned counsel for the parties present and perused the

impugned order as well as material brought on record, I am of the view that

that impugned order is based upon relevant consideration and supported by

cogent reason, the same does not suffer from any irregularity, illegality or

jurisdictional error, hence, no interference is required by this Court. The

prayer for quashing the impugned order order is refused.

The revision lacks merit. It is liable to be dismissed and is, accordingly,

    dismissed.
