Information Sought:
The complainant has sought the following information regarding observation made by him and sent vide letter No. 0559/accts/sigs/obsn on 21/02/2018, to PAO(ORS), Corps of Signals, Jabalpur by SR Signals:
1. Provide the copy of action taken report on above stated observation.
2. Provide the time frame to solve the observation.
3. Provide copy of reply, if any, given to the appellant.
Grounds for Complaint
The CPIO provided false, misleading and incomplete information.

Submissions made by Complainant and Respondent during Hearing:
The complainant was not present to plead his case despite service of hearing notice on 25.01.2021 vide speed post acknowledgment no. ED656500746IN. The CPIO reiterated the contents of his recent submissions dated 29.01.2021.
Observations:
From a perusal of the relevant case records, it is noted that a suitable and timely reply was given to the complainant on 03.01.2019. In the recent submissions dated 29.01.2021 also the CPIO has clearly explained that the complainant is not entitled to any differential amount as was raised by him through his several observations.
Decision:
In view of the above, the Commission upholds the submissions of the CPIO and does not find any scope for further intervention in the matter moreso, as the complainant himself was not present to establish his complaint.
The complaint is disposed of accordingly.
