Information sought:

The Appellant sought information about inquiry conducted against her on the charges of bringing spy camera in office premises by Dr. J.S.N. Ravi Krishna, Sr. Dy.

CMO.

The CPIO has not provided the desired information.

Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing:

The following were present:-

Appellant: Represented by Shashikant Bhatt, F/o the Appellant through VC. Respondent: Dr. Nimish Pillai, CMO & PIO, O/o Chief Medical Officer, Mormugao Port Trust, Administrative Office, Goa present through VC. Appellant post notice of hearing submitted a Written Submission dated 07.03.2020 for the perusal of the Commission, whereby, she requested the Commission to direct the CPIO to provide the copy of the relevant note sheet as sought in the instant RTI Application.

CPIO submitted that averred note sheet has already been provided to the Appellant on 11.07.2018. CPIO further submitted that, he will abide by the orders of the Commission, if any, in the present matter.

Decision

Commission on the basis of the proceedings during hearing and upon perusal of the Written Submission dated 07.03.2020 accedes with the request of the Appellant and directs the CPIO to provide the copy of the relevant note sheet as sought in the RTI Application once again to the Appellant free of cost within 15 days from the date of receipt of this order and send a compliance report of the same to the Commission.

The appeal is disposed of accordingly.
