Grounds for Second Appeal:

The PIO has not provided correct information to the Appellant. Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing:

The following were present: -

Appellant: Present on phone.

Respondent: Sh. Shailesh Kumar, SDM (Defence Colony), Sh. Praveer Kumar Singh, SDM (Sarita Vihar), Sh. Sandeep Kumar, Rep. of PIO. Appellant stated that he has not received complete reply from the PIOs. PIOs and Rep. of PIO stated that relevant information was provided to the appellant. They further affirmed that they would abide by the orders of the Commissions, if any.

Decision:

Commission has gone through the case records and on the basis of proceedings during hearing directs all the referred PIOs, i.e SDM (Defence Colony), SDM (Kalkaji) & SDM (Sarita Vihar) to once again provide the reply to the Appellant, free of cost, via speed/registered post, within 30 days from the date of receipt of this order and accordingly compliance report to this effect be duly sent to the Commission by the PIO. No further action lies.

The appeal is disposed of accordingly.
