Information sought and background of the case:
The Appellant filed an online RTI application dated 04.04.2021 and the CPIO/Sr. Head, PGA, Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre, replied as under:-

Dissatisfied with theresponse received from the CPIO, the Appellant filed a First Appeal dated 24.04.2021. The FAA/Chief Controller,Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre, vide order dated 13.07.2021 stated as under:-

Aggrieved and dissatisfied, the Appellant approached the Commission with the instant Second Appeal.
Facts emerging in Course of Hearing:
A written submission has been received from the Appellant vide letter dated 20.10.2022 wherein he inter alia stated that the information sought has been provided to him on 27.09.2021 albeit with a delay. Hence, he intends to withdraw this matter.
A written submission was also received from the CPIO and Sr Head, PGA, Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre vide letter dated Nil which has been taken on record.
Decision
In the light of the submission made by the Appellant not to contest the matter any further, the instant Second Appeal stands disposed off as "withdrawn".
