2. This Writ Petition has been filed praying for issuance of a Writ of Prohibition prohibiting the second respondent from demolishing the petitioner's residential property being the House, Ground and Premises bearing No.15-D, 12th Street, Baba Nagar, Villivakkam, Chennai - 600 049 except by due process of law, for the purpose of laying storm water drain.
3. This writ petition has been filed on the apprehension that the petition-mentioned property is proposed to be demolished for construction of Storm Water Drain.
4. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel, appearing for the respondents, on instructions, categorically stated that there is no such proposal as apprehended by the petitioner.
5. Recording the said statement of the learned Standing Counsel, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected
