1. This restoration application has been filed by the applicant for restoration of D.B. Special Appeal (Writ) No. 686/08 which stands dismissed vide order dated 18.11.2017 passed by this Court for default in appearance.
2. As per the office report, the respondents have been served, however, nobody has put in appearance on behalf of the respondents.
3. Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
4. It is stated that on 18.11.2017, the counsel for the applicant had gone to Kamla Nagar Hospital, Jodhpur for check up of his wife who had undergone operation and therefore, he could not appear before the Court when the matter was called for.
5. In the interest of justice, the restoration application is allowed. The special appeal is restored to its original number.
