1. This bunch of petition has been listed today pursuant to orders of learned Deputy Registrar dated 12.01.2018. Mr. Kunal Vats learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner requests for proceeding the matter ex-parte against the respondent no. 1 in all these matters. The notice on respondent no. 1 has been served in the month of September, 2016. Given the fact that the notice has been served on respondent no. 1 in all these matters almost more than two years ago, it is desirable that the petitioner should furnish on affidavit the details of the notices, which have been served on respondent no. 1 in all these matters and corresponding filing of affidavit of service on respondent no. 1. It is directed that the same information be furnished on affidavit within two weeks from today.
2. List the matter before the Court of Registrar for further action on the date already fixed.
