ORDERS OF THE TRIBUNAL
When the matter is taken up for hearing this day, the counsel for all parties are present. This matter has been adjourned all along the past on the grounds that the report by the State Environmental Assessment Authority was not given and the Counsel would now submit that it has been given on the strength of which the EC has also been granted and therefore, the Counsel has made an endorsement which reads as follows:
“In view of the report filed dated 3.3.2014 bearing letter No. SEIAA-TN/E No. 407/11(#)/EC/2014, these applications may be closed (Application No. 2 of 2013 (SZ) (THC) and 3 of 2013(SZ) (THC)’.
In view of the same, the application is disposed of.
No cost.
