The main contention of learned counsel, at this stage, is that, although the applicant has moved representation dated 23.04.2017 (Annexure A-5), followed by a legal notice dated

20.10.2017 (Annexure A-7), for redressal of his grievances, but no decision has yet been taken by the Competent Authority. Having heard the learned counsel for the applicant, having gone through the record with his valuable assistance, after considering the entire matter and without expressing any opinion on merits, lest it may prejudice the case of either side, the instant main Original Application is disposed of with the direction to The Director General of Medical Services (DGMS-3B), Integrated HQ of MOD (Army), (respondent no.2) to sympathetically consider and decide the indicated representation, by passing a speaking / reasoned order and in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
