Advocate Smt. Ayodhya Patki is present for the complainant along with the complainant no. 1. The matter is already fixed on 20/11/2017. However, Advocate for the complainant has filed application for taking the matter on today's board to withdraw the complaint. Hence, matter is taken on today's board. on record for granting permission to withdraw the complaint with liberty to file the same before the appropriate Forum. Withdrawal purshis is signed by both the complainants. Complainant no. 1 and 2 are husband and wife. The complainant no. 1 is present before the Bench today. Withdrawal purshis is signed by him and Advocate also. It appears that, as the complaint is beyond the pecuniary jurisdiction of this Commission, complainants wants to withdraw the complaint with intention to file the same before appropriate Forum. Hence, permission is granted to the complaint to withdraw the complaint with liberty to filed the same before appropriate Forum or Commission. With this complaint strands disposed of with no order as to the costs. Certified copy of the order be sent to the parties free of cost.
