This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. K.P.S PALANIVEL RAJAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr. T.S MOHAMMED MOHIDEEN, Additional Government Pleader on behalf of the Respondents 1, 2 & 4, Mr. AAIYRAM K. SELVAKUMAR, Standing Counsel for R3 and M/S. HEMA KARTHIKEYAN, Advocate for R5, the court made the following order:—
Interim injunction already granted by this Court shall continue until further orders. In case the construction has already been completed, the same shall not be used without obtaining permission from the statutory authority.
