Considering the averments made in the petition and in view of the orders passed by this Court in similarly situated matters and also keeping in view the fact that the representation filed by the petitioner on 14th March, 2017 is pending with respondent nos. 3 and 4 and the same has not been yet decided, we direct respondent no. 3 and 4 to decide the said representation, taking into consideration the GR dated 1st March, 2014 and communication dated 4 June, 2016 issued by the Additional Secretary of Education Department, Government of Maharashtra, Mantralaya, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within six weeks from today.
4. Petition stands disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
