1. Learned counsel for both the parties concede that this case is covered by the decision given by the Chandimandir Regional Bench of the Armed Forces Tribunal in the case of Mange Ram v. Union of India (O.A No. 47 of 2010) decided on 3 February 2010.
2. The petition is allowed in terms of the aforesaid order with no order as to costs.
