Mr. Gopal Jain the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the resondents suggest which has been accepted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the parties may enter into a new agreement on existing/negotiated terms subject to the payment of remaining outstanding whereupon supply of signals may commence to the petitioner's network. List on 07.01.2010 as it is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he would seek instructions with regard to the amount due.
