Kan. Stat. § 23-3201 : — KANSAS FAMILY LAW CODE-REVISEDCUSTODY, RESIDENCY AND PARENTING PLANS —3201 - Legal custody, residency and parenting time criteria

The court shall determine legal custody, residency and parenting time of a child in accordance with the best interests of the child.
